Who we are

Viztera Solutions (“Viztera,” “we,” “us”) is an applied AI studio operating from Lahore, Pakistan, serving clients in MENA, Europe, and North America. This notice describes how we collect, use, and disclose information about visitors to https://viztera.solutions.

What we collect

Contact form submissions

When you submit our contact form, we collect: name, work email, optional company name, project type, budget range, and the contents of your message. We collect this information for a single purpose — to respond to your inquiry.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp). These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

Analytics

We use two analytics providers, both privacy-respecting:

• Vercel Analytics — anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics. No persistent identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
• Plausible (optional, only if a domain is configured) — cookieless, GDPR-compliant analytics. No personal data collected.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, ad networks, or any tracker that profiles you across sites.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and discuss potential engagements.
• To improve the website’s performance and content.
• To investigate abuse, fraud, or security issues.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models — ours or anyone else’s.

Who we share it with

We share inquiry data only with sub-processors strictly necessary to deliver the service:

• Resend — transactional email delivery for the contact form.
• Hostinger — our website hosting provider.
• Vercel — provides Vercel Analytics.

All sub-processors operate under their own published privacy notices and standard data-processing terms.

How long we keep it

• Contact form messages: kept while we’re in active conversation, then archived for up to 24 months for record-keeping.
• Server logs: up to 30 days.
• Aggregate analytics: retained indefinitely; contains no personal data.

Cookies

The website uses one functional cookie to remember your light/dark theme preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Plausible analytics is cookieless. Vercel Analytics uses a single first-party identifier that is not shared across sites.

You can clear cookies any time via your browser settings without affecting site functionality.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA, or other jurisdictions), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Contact-form submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored only in the systems listed above. We follow standard industry practice on credential management, dependency hygiene, and least-privilege access.

International transfers

Our team works from Lahore. Sub-processors (Resend, Hostinger, Vercel) may store or process data in the EU, US, or other regions per their own terms. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Changes

We may update this notice when our practices change. Material updates will be reflected in the “last updated” date at the top of the page. Substantial changes affecting existing inquiries will be communicated by email where appropriate.
