2. About these terms

These terms apply only to your use of this Site. Any engagement to deliver software, AI systems, advisory work, or other services is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access non-public areas, scrape data at a rate that degrades service, or probe the Site’s security.
• Submit malicious code, spam the contact form, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from compiled assets served by the Site.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, copy, code, illustrations, and brand marks are owned by Viztera Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may share links to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Republication of substantial copy or downloading of graphics for other use requires written permission.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

6. Information accuracy

We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but content is provided “as is.” Case studies use redacted client information per our NDA obligations. Performance figures and timelines reflect specific past engagements and are not guarantees of future results.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viztera Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

For commercial engagements with international clients, governing law and venue are addressed in the relevant MSA and may differ from this clause.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
